On the plus side, if you're going to have a crap performance it's best to do it against a side so bad that our 2015/16 side would beat them. 16 league games without a win, 3 league wins in 2017 and at least 8 first teamers out last night.

so basically we managed to make the worst side in the world look sort of half decent

It'll be interesting to see how last night's defeat affects Sheff Utd, especially letting in 5 goals.

As likely to be buoyed by their late recovery and standing ovation from their fans at the end.
They're a great bunch of lads unfortunately and will take some stopping.

To be where we are with the prospect of Terry, Green, Grealish, Lansbury and even Hogan & Gabby all returning at various points between now and January must make us look a pretty ominous prospect for other teams in the top 6.  Sheffield and Cardiff are playing well, but I bet their fans are worried and expect us to catch them.

Sheff Utd fans I know are really concerned as they lost their best player to a broken leg.

TSM II is apparently being lined up as a potential replacement for Slutsky at Hull.

Huge thanks to the kindness of Witton Warrior. he contacted the club and they in-turn have contacted me. Myself and Carter have been invited to Bodymoor Heath the day before Millwall to watch the press conference, tour the facilities, meet the players, watch them train and something special is being arranged with Jack. They said they will sort some media coverage of this as well so hopefully I can share it all with you after. We will be in the Holte suite after the Ipswich game this week then down the Social after that for a bit. Pre match is usually the Windsor, Briar Rose or Old Royal (or any combination of the three). thanks again Alex VTWD

Wills and Kate are at Villa Park today Iíve been told.

Donít mind him. If William was allowed a normal life he would have been close to me in L4 of the holte and probably in the social after the game

I wouldn't fault Johnstone for the goal, he parried the ball wide.

Yes he had  a whole  four months in the job then. Internet fans you couldn't make it up.

About the same amount of time as the guy he replaced then, which is exactly the point, stupid people they do make it up.
