I am over from NZ and in Birmingham for our first home fixture v Bournemouth on August 17th. If anyone can get me two tickets I would be very indebted (and a few drinks in it as well as whatever it costs).
-
Hi mate. I can help you with that, if you want. Any preference whereabouts?. Guessing the Holte End will be pretty full with sth’s, by the time they go on sale.
-
Lenny, anywhere will do no preference. Thanks for responding.
-
JD I also responded when I read your post oFixtures thread. Ignore as LTk has offered similar.
-
Thanks for responding as well Aftab. I don't think I will get tickets with my booking history, last live game I got tickets for was Arsenal away in Nov 1993.
-
Well pleased you are coming back to see us back in the top division where we should be...always.

No problem, mate. I’ll pm you just before they go on sale.
-
Thanks Lenny.

Missed out on season tickets - got Claret Membership and tickets for Bournemouth today ........for the first time in many years I'm looking forward to the season
VCTM and Jnr are Back !!!!

Less than a thousand left, 772 in total.
558 in the upper Trinity and 128 across the other parts of the ground, save the Holte which is sold out.
There's the possibility of another 1600 if Bournemouth only sell the lower tier allocation.
-
372.
-
Bournemouth have got an initial 2000 and have got a couple of hundred left. They haven't taken the additional 1k in the upper tier yet.
-
9 tickets left according to the tickets site, and they're not even on general sale yet.

When have they got til?
-
Yep, this is not even getting close to general sale which would've been 5pm on Friday.
Incredible really. I think Bournemouth travel o.k so think they'll take upper tier allocation.
Pretty impressive and would imagine Everton will also sell out quickly as we've always had good attendances against them in the past.
Now if we sell out v West Ham for a Monday night game before that hits general sale it would be time to get in touch with the architects to draw up some plans for the North stand I'd suggest.....

I know it's the first home game, but usually we see an August dip in attendance. Selling out Bournemouth before general sale is evidence that CD is right.
-
Looks li like down to 1 hoping for Bournmouth don't take top tier. Flying from Dublin if any spares going.
-
3 left, but keep your eyes peeled as Bournemouth may not take up the upper Witton allocation, so there could be another 1000 go on sale.
-
I've booked to come with my son, assuming that I'd be able to get a ticket - we come to 2 or 3 games a season and each have fans IDs. Has anyone any suggestions if it's sold out? How can we maximise our changes if these 1000 extra seats become available? Thanks for any tips.

As Ads said above - Bournemouth haven't taken the upper tier of the away end yet. If they don't, we may find those go on sale to home fans.
-
Hope we find out soon, tickets for Bournmouth went on general sale today I believe.
Could be a lot of Villa in the away end ??
-
Bournemouth have taken the upper tier. On general sale this morning if you fancy going undercover in the away end.
-
All booked in the away end now, thanks for the advice. Just a question of keeping quiet when the 5th goal goes in...
-
God I've been in the Home End at away matches but going into the away end at home is a bit mad. I looked at Bournemouth website and seems easy enough though just need to register. Can't believe Bournemouth at home hasn't gone to general sale. Bit different to the Milwall match back in 1988.
-
I have The Official History of Aston Villa (1989) and the season reviews for 1992-3 and 1995-6 on VHS to give to a good home (no money wanted). If anyone is interested, PM me and I will bring them to the Bournemouth game.
-
Still looking for two tickets if any going spare please let me know.
-
I'm looking for a ticket (or preferably 2 if possible) tickets for the Bournemouth game. Please let me know if you can help. Ta.

Sorted now. Thanks

One ticket in L9 on the website, if anyone’s still looking.
-
So I got an email from Bournemouth telling me that they've checked and realised I'm a Villa fan, so won't sell me tickets in the away end (they're doing a refund), but I found 2 tickets not far apart in the Trinity Road, so a better outcome anyway. And my lad gets to wear his new Grealish top.
-
Does anyone know if Bournemouth have taken the full 3000 for this (lower and upper)?
And have they sold out?
-
I have one going spare .

Yeah and yeah

Mate has a spare under 18 ticket in middle trinity if anyone is interested

I now find myself without a ticket if anyone has one going. Herbert Lower would be of preference, but beggars like me aren't choosers...
Gary - I should've listened to you!
-
There's seats available now if you're quick. Must have been some returns.
-
Now sold out again, but worth keeping an eye out for further returns.
