Not been much hype about Weimann but he seems to keep doing the stuff and MON seems to rate him.
Reckon he might be nearer the first team squad this season? |

Weimann hasnt had the buzz around him that Fonz has had but he's been highly regarded for a year or two now and he had a fantastic year last year in the reserves.
The encouraging thing about him is that he's an instinctive goalscorer. He seems to know where to be and how to finish, and also how to link play. When he plays with Fonz they look like a hell of a partnership.
I can honestly say he will defintely make it at Villa like I believe Fonz and Albrighton will but if he carries on improving as he has done there's every chance. A year ago I would have said 50/50. Now its more like 75/25. |
